2. Products and Pricing

2.1 All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.
2.2 Product descriptions and images are provided for reference only. Slight variations may occur due to the handmade nature of our goods.
2.3 We reserve the right to change prices, products, and availability without notice.

3. Ordering

3.1 By placing an order, you confirm that all details you provide are true and correct.
3.2 Orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse any order.
3.3 Full payment is required at the time of ordering.

4. Delivery & Collection

4.1 Delivery is available to selected areas within New Zealand. Delivery fees apply.
4.2 We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, or other events beyond our control.
4.3 Collection orders must be picked up during the agreed time window. We cannot guarantee product freshness if collected late.

5. Allergens & Dietary Requirements

5.1 Our products may contain or come into contact with allergens such as gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, soy, and sesame.
5.2 While we take care to avoid cross-contamination when requested, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

6.1 Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery/collection for a full refund.
6.2 No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 48 hours before delivery/collection, except as required by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
6.3 If an item is damaged or incorrect upon delivery, please contact us within 24 hours with photos. We will replace or refund in line with the Consumer Guarantees Act.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All website content, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Jen’s Pastries and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

8. Jen’s Pastries Privacy Policy

8.1 We respect your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.
8.2 We only collect personal information necessary to process your orders and improve our services.
8.3 We do not share your information with third parties except as required to fulfil your order or by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jen’s Pastries will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of our products or website.
